Program Summary

The goal of the Switch Kamloops Program is to make home energy upgrades simple and financially accessible. Each participant is paired with a personal Energy Concierge who provides support at every step — from choosing contractors and planning the project, to securing financing and maximizing available rebates for the best possible savings.

The program also offers retrofit financing with no upfront costs. Contractors are paid directly, and homeowners repay through small monthly payments over a 10-year term. Many participants find that their energy savings help offset their loan payments.

Send us a quote you’re happy with – We’ll prepare your Participation Agreement for signing

Financing

Finance your energy upgrade without the upfront costs!

The Switch Program is structured to help reduce energy costs, which can offset monthly loan payments.

Key Financing Terms

Prime Plus 2.5%
Interest rate is fixed for the loan term upon signing your participation agreement!
10 year loan terms
One time 6.25% + tax project and loan administration fee
Finance up to $65,000 or 15% of your property value (whichever is lower)
